Village Green Cooperative (Co-op) Community - Monthly HOA Fee Details

The monthly HOA "carrying charge" for this unit is $626/month, which covers:​

  • Property taxes AND property insurance, covering roofs, parking lots, foundations, etc.

  • Water, sewer, and trash.

  • Lawn care, snow removal for streets and sidewalks, and upkeep of communal areas.

  • Full-time maintenance staff available to address most issues related to original home components (plumbing, electrical, furnace, roof, etc.) at NO charge.

  • The option to contract maintenance for repairs beyond original home components at a much lower cost than using an outside company.

  • Full-time office management and utilities for the office, clubhouse, and maintenance shop.
